Asaf Ben-Zeev is a partner at Yossi Avraham & Co., and heads the firm’s Corporate Finance department, in addition to being part of the firm’s commercial and corporate departments.
Asaf specializes in the field of corporate financing, international business and technology transactions, with an expertise in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries.
His past experience includes performing equity financing, mergers and acquisitions work for clients engaged in investing, merging with or acquiring other companies. Asaf specializes in supporting client business development and management teams and in leading negotiations of a complex commercial and business agreements.
Within the corporate practice field, Asaf provides ongoing advice to boards of directors and management on all aspects of Israeli corporate and securities law, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters.
Asaf represents and provides on-going legal advice to start-up companies as well as larger private and publicly traded companies in all phases of their legal business, corporate affairs and commercial transactions.
Asaf possesses extensive experience in providing legal services to major pharmaceutical companies, publicly traded technology companies, leading foreign banks, insurance companies and other international financial institutions in public and private debt and other complex financing transactions.
Among the corporate financing projects in which Asaf took an active role in recent years are financing and acquisition transactions for Teva Pharmaceutical Limited and Orbotech Ltd.
Prior to joining Yossi Avrahan & Co. during 2017, Asaf served as a partner at the law firm of Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co.
