David specializes and has vast experience in representing clients, including foreign clients, in all legal instances, in civil and administrative litigation, including representative actions, derivative actions, lawsuits in matters of capital markets, injunction orders, contractual suits, tenders, and other complex financial disputes as well as lawsuits in labor matters.
