Zohar Uzdin is a partner at Yossi Avraham & Co., and one of the leading figures in the commercial, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets practice area of the firm.
Zohar provides legal counsel and representation to both private and public corporations in all aspects of commercial law, including in a wide range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and more. Moreover, Zohar counsels entrepreneurs and start-up companies in the hi-tech arena at all phases of growth from the entrepreneurial stage, through company’s establishment, maturation and IPO or acquisition.
Zohar possesses a comprehensive professional understanding of Israeli and international securities laws, with a focus on Israel, the United States and the European Union.
